Club de Nuit Oud takes the fruity opening the line is known for and puts something darker underneath it. Peach, passionfruit and pear arrive sweet and almost syrupy, and for the first ten minutes it reads as a straightforward fruity. Then the oud comes through, dry and resinous, and the whole thing turns woody and grown up.
A fruity oud with unusually strong projection, even by Armaf standards.
Sweet at first, serious by the end.
