Armaf Club de Nuit Precieux IV 55ml Extrait

Précieux IV is the odd one out in the Club de Nuit line and the more interesting for it. Sea salt and apple open together, which should not work next to bergamot but does. The salt stops the fruit turning candied and gives the whole opening a cool, almost briny edge.

Then it changes completely. Ylang ylang, jasmine and white lily bloom through the middle with red berries sitting under them, and by the dry down it is whipped cream, vanilla and tonka bean over musk and patchouli. Salty to floral to dessert inside the first hour, then it holds in that last phase for the rest of the wear.

Made for cold rooms and late starts. Formal events, dinners, anything where you would rather be remembered than agreed with.
