Magical Oud earns its name in the base rather than the opening. Saffron and pink pepper start it dry and spicy, cedarwood and lily of the valley giving the middle an unexpected lift, and then the agarwood arrives properly.
Tobacco is what sets it apart. Sitting under the oud with vetiver and sandalwood, it adds a sweet smokiness that turns the whole thing richer than a straight oud would be.
