Amethyst is the rose of the Bade'e Al Oud family and it does not hold back. Pink pepper and bergamot open bright and peppery, then two rose varieties bloom against jasmine - lush, modern, almost electric rather than the dusty rose the category usually delivers. Oud, amber and vanilla give it warmth and weight underneath.
A rose oud that is unisex in practice, despite how it reads on paper.
Bright, floral, and considerably deeper than the opening suggests.
