Elixir starts fruity and dark at once. Raspberry and apricot sit on a leather accord, so the sweetness arrives with a smoky edge from the first spray. Lily of the valley and cotton candy make up the heart, an unexpected pairing that keeps the middle hours light and sugary.
Leather returns in the base with patchouli, olibanum and musk, finishing earthy and resinous. The frankincense gives it a faint church smoke that lifts it above a simple sweet scent.
