Rosa del Deserto is built around Taif rose, but it gets there through a fruity opening of peach, pear, passion fruit and raspberry, with violet leaf and pink pepper adding a green, peppery lift. The heart is a full floral bouquet, Taif rose with lotus, magnolia, jasmine and orange flower, rounded by heliotrope and a touch of honey. Frankincense, benzoin and styrax bring resinous warmth to the dry down over tonka, vanilla and sandalwood.
Sweet and balsamic at the base, so the rose never reads as thin or soapy.
